Warranty
At WERK & CO, all machines come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Before a machine is offered for sale, it undergoes a thorough technical inspection where functions, brewing unit, grinder, steam system, and other central components are checked. Any necessary repairs and replacements are carried out as part of the preparation, ensuring the machine meets our quality requirements.
The warranty covers defects and deficiencies caused by material, component, or functional faults under normal use of the machine. In the event of a legitimate warranty claim, the machine will be examined and, where possible, repaired.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear and cosmetic issues
- Limescale-related damage
- Missing or incorrect maintenance
- Incorrect use or operating errors
- Unauthorized repairs or interventions
- Damage caused by external influences, impact, drops, liquid spills, or similar
If you experience problems with your machine, please contact us at info@werkco.dk with your order number, model, serial number, and a description of the fault. In some cases, we may request photos or videos to expedite the process.
We strive to make the process as simple as possible and will assist you throughout.
